Mission statement
CarBail was formed to bring down the casualty rates and drunk-driving statistics of the United States by providing designated drivers and chauffeurs to people before they even think about operating a motor vehicle.In short, CarBail's mission is to save lives. Our secondary misson is to save vehicles and help people retain ownership or use of their vehicles.You or your family worked hard for your vehicle. It shouldn't be impounded nor held hostage by law enforcement or prosecutors or by a city impound. We will go out of our way to ensure you don't lose or forfeit your vehicle.
CarBail was created by a Paralegal who conducted research of the Texas and Colorado jail and prison systems and interviewed hundreds of inmates.After cataloging all of the direct and collected consequences of driving drunk or high, Mr. Robledo (the Paralegal) formulated a goal; a system; and even an app in his mind, and then on paper.Now CarBail operates in many states and we're working toward operating in every major city in the U.S.A. (The CarBail app is currently under construction and is expected to launch on both the Google Play store and the App Store by September 11, 2024.)
